Tailored silhouettes, soft pinstripes, and sculptural floral appliqués tell the balance between femininity and power, while open backs set a frame of both exposure and liberation. Heroine reimagines the androgynous novelty Revolutionary girl Utena where the princess doesn’t wait to be saved, but becomes her own prince.
